Kathy Kelly

Kathy is a chartered accountant, registered company auditor and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kathy is an executive director of the Mulloon Institute Limited, a leading research, education and advocacy charity focused on landscape and water cycle restoration. She is also a director and chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for both Plant Health Australia Limited and Landcare NSW Limited. Through these companies Kathy has developed an appreciation of natural capital, biodiversity and the relationship to biosecurity. From 1989 to 2019 she was a Director at Boyce Chartered Accountants.

Rob Thorman
ACT GOVT REPRESENTATIVE
Over 35 years’ experience in natural resource management and urban planning at local, state and national levels. Rob has worked as a consultant on plans of management for National Parks, nature reserves and World Heritage areas. He has worked within the ACT Government in a number of roles since 2008 on sustainability and land development.
The Trustees are Directors of Ginninderry Conservation Ltd. a not-for-profit entity that manages the Ginninderry Conservation Trust.
The Ginninderry Conservation Trust’s primary objective and responsibility is delivering the commitments outlined in the Ginninderry Conservation Corridor Management Plan. Funding to implement these commitments comes primarily from the Ginninderry Joint Venture Partners - Riverview Developments and the ACT Government.
